SIAP - Barnett interview on WTKA
So I'm not sure if anyone's heard this, but Chris Barnett sounds like a flat-out confident beast. Can't wait for this guy to lay out some fools.

As you mentioned, you have to love his confidence. In addition, you have to love his emphasis on physical, and the mention or the 2011 recruiting class as a whole and their emphasis on physical play.
I really think Hoke is making a great effort to bring in tough, physical kids as opposed to Rodriguez's emphasis on speed and quickness.

dtod, help me out here if you wouldn't mind.
* How exactly are speed and quickness opposed to toughness and physical play? Any ideas?
* At what point did RichRod indicate that he didn't care much for tough, physical kids?
Seriously (and for the 80th time, probably), do you think Molk, Lewan, Martin, RVB et al. lacked toughness? Was their play not sufficiently physical for you?

Most exciting recruit in the class period - I just have visions of the Vince Young waggle that killed us in the Rose Bowl when he would have the run pass option to David Thomas over and over. We literally couldn't stop it.
Now others won't be able to stop it.....

This interview is one of my favorites of all time. Barnett is not shy about his ability and it's nice to see some swagger. You have to believe you are capable of great things before you can begin to accomplish them.

Did anyone know hes coming off an ACL tear..and is in recovery? That wasn't a slight red flag for immediate contribution?
