Should I have HTTV by now? [Answered]
Just wondering.

ON YOUR REGULAR PRINT BOOKS:
There were about 1500 copies that were supposed to go from the printer to a mailing house, and instead were shipped to the UGP warehouse (where the MGoShirts are). These we got ASAP on another truck to another two mailing houses (to speed things up) and got them out as quickly as possible. They all went first class, but the last of them were mailed yesterday. So a lot of you should be getting your books either today or tomorrow--next week if you're in Cali or someplace.
ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We handled these out of the warehouse, so they've shipped but international means they can get stuck in a customs house for Denard knows how long. These were also shipped first class. Hang in there.
ON SIGNED BOOKS:
These are going out of the warehouse; if you have a t-shirt they're packaged with the t-shirts.
ON T-SHIRTS:
We finally put the full order in (have to do it all at once) late last week, so now they're being printed and shipped, first class, by UGP. Expect them probably next week, certainly before the season
ON WILL THIS HAPPEN AGAIN?
We've hired a new guy to help us next year with HTTV, and we are committed to meeting a much earlier deadline. This ought to be the last year we fuck up.

For the record I didn't just randomly post the new bikini comment. There were other comments that got caved that I responded to.
And now I'm going to have to spend all day trying to figure out if Magnus disagrees that I'm the wierdest thing on the site or I'm a good poster.

Does that imply that all other groups, all those not in the last group, have already received theirs? If so, I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread started with a title along the lines of:
"THE NEW HTTV is HERE! THE NEW HTTV is HERE!"
(first actual recipient of HTTV to post a thread with that exact title will get as many upvotes as I can muster)

My copies are still not here, but they should show up soon. I do have the PDF copy, so mine is more for review / refreshment than much else, but there is also the prospect of something that doesn't often happen - having rather a lot of time to actually sit and read as my kids will be at my in-laws. I certainly wouldn't mind something to gaze at as the wee hours pass on, being the resident insomniac here.

I am noticing a pattern. Those who ordered HTTV via kickstarter (including me) haven't gotten it yet. If you wait and order it later via other distribution networks, etc., you already have it. What is wrong with this picture? (Nothing, if you think that ordering season Hockey tickets early, only to find out that MSU won't be at Yost, is ok.)

That's when they left the printer. At that point they were supposed to be heading to a mailing house we picked out because it's only a few miles from the printer. Instead they arrived in Ann Arbor several days later.

Hey Seth, I'm a moron and did not pre order my copy. A couple years ago I picked one up in a CVS down the street from me. Will it be available in places like that and if so do you know when, and whether you can have something that guides morons like me on where to pick it up?
