The description of the site says that it was made to help get Denard some media attention.

With games like this I don't think he'll need the help of any websites.

....you ARE a wet blanket.

The other 4,000 or so people here seem to be enjoying themselves, though.  I don't see anything wrong with fans who have been through so much the last three years wanting to dream a little.

If it was Denard who was saying it already, I'd be worried.  But I think it's healthy when fans get excited about the prospect of "one of their own" winning the Heisman.

not because I don't think he might be a Heisman candidate, but I want our fans thinking about winning the next 4 games and getting BOWL ELIGIBLE before we go hyping up our Flash Dilithium quarterback/beam of light for that kind of award.  Let's focus in winning the games first, I wouldn't start a website just yet.

Remember, we were 2-0 and then 4-0 last season.  Remember when everyone on campus went out and bought Tate Forcier t-shirts?  I came this close to buying one too.  I think Denard is more of the real deel than Tate was, but I want to get 8 wins- the team has to win more than that for a player to win the Heisman, but I guess you never know.

This is a repeat like last year with Tate. Don't get me wrong the guy is sick, but the win is more important and so is beating Umass now.If he does this against lil bro and the Big Ten crown him because I think he will!

i don't consider this a repeat of Tate.  Tate was praised for his "moxie" but his numbers were average for a big ten QB.  denard is putting up Michael Vick numbers and getting everyone's attention.  i do believe for him to clinch the Heisman, he has to have a big role in wins over other Big Ten favorites.

UConn  and ND have above average defenses, so as of now, only injury would keep him from putting up the numbers.

and by the way, UConn won today 62-3 over Texas Southern.  yes, a cupcake, but they dominated on both sides of the ball.

Sweet website name, but after these two weeks he's gotten about as much media coverage as you can get., which is amazing not only for this program but for the future recruits watching him tear defenses up that want to a part of it!
