Seniors

Is this the lowest amount of Seniors we've ever had? Only 11, because of the 2005 class?

Thought still runs in my head, if only the freakish accident wouldn't of happend to Antonio Bass.

He was doing a non-contact drill in spring practice and one of his knees basically exploded. He's able to walk now, which is good, but he was totally a Devin Gardner type recruit coming out of HS. It's a bummer that it ended in such a freak accident.

Nice photo first off. Second, who is it? Third, quite possibly is our smallest senior class. Fourth, is that all you made a forum topic for?

That is some inspired work by Brian. I particularly enjoyed this:

"Chad Henne chose scUM because he is scum! He obviously doesn't have the mental toughness to play for Joe Paterno and has instead chosen to play for a coach who can feed himself. I hope that stud Dan Connor rams into him again and again, that stud. What a stud."

Brian commonly notes the tragedy that was the 2005 class. Check out the 2006 class. That did not go well on a numbers basis. Brandon Graham was in that group, and the ones that did not redshirt are seniors.

I think the 2006 class was pretty good. It wasn't full of flameouts. There are several potential All Big Ten-caliber players like Minor, Carlos Brown, Ezeh, Schilling, Graham, Mathews, and Mouton. Steve Brown will be a multi-year starter. Boren and Kates were lost due to the transition, which wasn't really anyone's fault. Wright has been set back by injury.

Banks, Patterson, Dorrestein, and Ferrara still have two years to contribute.

Most of the guys who haven't contributed were 3-star sorts...which is why they were 3-stars.
