Semi OT: Main Street and several streets are closed during gameday again this season.
We paid $12 each to Brandon walking to the App State game last year. That wasn't an official policy?
OP: Tell me something I don't know. What is the point of posting the status quo?
Is water still wet also?
Awesome Chicken....
Really? All these years I've had such difficulty driving up that street whilst laying on my horn.
Can the offseason be over yet? And can there be a rule against posting completely asinine topics, even if they do tangentially relate to Michigan? Next someone is going to post a personal opinion topic, with not facts or statistics to back it up, arguing that Coach Harbaugh is good for the state of the Michigan football program.
By the way, I'm on the app, but an imaginary +1 for "whilst."
I was going to make a new thread about the fact that there is no alcohol allowed or sold in the stadium, but I suppose I can throw it in here since we are doing the PSA thing already.
i worked at the stadium i was told that homeland security was on the university and the city to close down main street on game days ever since 9/11, and once the suites were completed there was more pressure to do so... UTL1 was the first time it was done just because of the magnitude of the event with it being the first night game and all...
Not mad that OP posted it, but yeah I think we can assume going forward that section of Main is going to always be closed on gameday.
"Loser Ave." and "Negative yards Dr" were closed. Because they need to be closed in Ann Arbor!!!!! Amirite??!!
I'll take this post 500 more times over one more PHD dissertation of the ****ing color yellow.
