I downloaded the app when it first came out - nearly two years ago, I think - and now I can finally give up the last bit of hope that I will be paying attention in most meetings.

A quick search for the official announcement only shows a thread that shows the login for Comcast Xfinity customer is working now, so I tried it and I am happily watching part of the NBA Draft episode of The Journey on the iPad as I type.

work on xfinity. It is some BS that watch espn isn't on directv though. It's not like they're one of the giants or anything. I love my directv but man are they hardasses when it comes to negotiating with networks.

I had Comcast for years, just recently switched to Dish Network. Night and day difference. I pay less now, and get more channels, plus DVR for my 3 TV's, and they have the Dish Anywhere app, so you can watch live TV on your phone or tablet (or watch something you DVR'd). Not to mention Comcast customer service sucks big time.

To be fair, all satellite providers provide free and/or cheap DVRs for multiple rooms.  It seems to be cable providers, such as the local monopoly, that charges an arm and a leg for 10 year old tech (e.g. record 2 shows, 50 hours of recording etc.).

I had to buy a place up north to get a Charter ID in order to watch BTN2Go on my iPad and Droid.  If my wife knew why I really wanted the cottage she would be SO pissed.  When she catches me watching an old game I don't hear the end of it.

I hate when they advertise watchESPN in St Louis. There are no providers that allow you to watch it on your phone in this part of the Midwest.

I downloaded it from the App Store not realizing it wasn't available to xfinity users and had to delete it. Months later, I forgot and downloaded it again. Deleted. So I am now very excited to finally have it on my phone.

This is great! There were a few things last year that I wanted to watch, I think basketball games, that I couldn't because b102go wasn't on Comcast. Great news, now I know what I'm watching at work all day - old Michigan sports re-runs lol.

For some reason, I'm not seeing Comcast or XFinity in the list of providers, having just downloaded the BTN2GO app this morning.  Are people having success with this?

I'm so sick of the issue with WatchESPN and DIRECTV. Why is it so difficult to make it available? Usually DIRECTV is pretty quick with adding new things, but this seems to be ESPN's issue. Sometimes I have the need to stream a game on my computer, but I can't do it now (well, I can with those illegal streams, but I prefer WatchESPN since it's in HD).

That is ridiculous and complete bull shit if true. People want it, so why not provide it? DIRECTV, while pretty expensive, is the best TV provider IMO, but this is really annoying me. That being said, if and when I can get U-verse, I may make the switch, not simply because of this issue, but man, DIRECTV is just really expensive.
