Scout Top 100 of 2014
Our lone commit so far on the 100 is Mone at 97. Drake Harris at 24 and first 4*
Here's a list of all of Michigan's offerees on the Scout list:

There are, but Magnus' list is of players that Michigan has offered. Michigan offered Speight and he committed so they didn't offer anyone else. Atleast that is what I thought. I could be wrong, because the list says Michigan offered Cornwell.
are in the top 100 and had Michigan interest but we are likely done at QB.
but then I saw something on Twitter about a QB out of Florida being contacted by the UM coaches, and actually receiving a hand-written letter.
We shall see.
There are some QB's, but this is considered to be a little bit of a down year for quarterbacks. Not to belittle the guy, but when DeShone Kizer is getting an offer from Alabama, you know the pool is pretty shallow.
He misunderstood your post I think. He thought you meant we wouldn't take a player just for being Juish.
landing any of Hand, Adoree, Peppers would be fantastic, but for some reason Drake Harris is still the one i'm getting my hopes up for the most, and it really doesn't have much to do with MSU either
We will land both Harris and Hand. The others I'm not sure about.
I think Hand's upcoming three day visit will really tell us where we sit with him. He's going to get a good look at what life in Ann Arbor would be like and I hope he fits right in.
that high, plus higher than Ferns. Of course I know this is just a pre-season ranking, so it will change quite a bit. I think getting both Ferns and Berger would be huge for our LB class. Hopefully we can get the latter back on campus soon.
Berger's a very good athlete. That boy can run. I think the defense St. Ignatius plays sort of prevents him from letting loose and tearing into the backfield every play, but he probably could if they wanted him to do that. Of course, that's a good program, and the coaches there obviously know what they're doing.
Does he project to SLB?
Yeah, Berger would be a SAM at Michigan.
Ferns was actually around 75-80 in the initial Scout 300....I'm guessing he'll be in the next 20 or so prospects when the full 300 is released tomorrow. I know that these scouting services try to get out these rankings ASAP to drum up more interest and get more $$, but there were so many kids that Scout missed in their first Scout 300 a few months ago. Lorenzo Carter was a 3 star, JuJu Smith as well I believe and now they are both top 10. Joe Mixon & Elijah Hood were both well down the list and now both are in the top 60 or so. Just seems like they haven't evaluated enough guys yet....probably best to wait until around now to release a real top 250/300 since a ton of offers go out after signing day for the previous class.
Also, anyone else surprised OSU commit Parris Campbell moved up that high after being unranked by all services?
Did Parris Campbell commit recently? To be honest, I have't heard anything about him.
His offer list is pretty short, but he might have told coaches that he isn't interested.
Same weekend that Trout committed and Marshall pseudo-committed
Ferns is listed at 115 if you click next on the bottom of the page. Not sure if this is the most recent update, as you said the initial list was he was 75-80.
Ahh, didn't realize it was the full 300 updated....thanks
Don't think anything past 100 is updated. Someone stated that 100-300 will be updated tomorrow
Yeah, Ferns was #76 originally.
Interesting to me that Hand isn't ranked 1st on Scout. I thought most everyone considered him the undisputed #1 player in the nation.
Ferns and Cole stink. Top 100 or GTFO.
The 3 star mafia has pretty much died after Hoke starting recruiting. Now we must start the 4 star mafia.
Only 5 star recruits are acceptable.
I wouldn't worry about the Scout rankings bromigos, I wasn't even in the top 100.
