I posted this in the Madaris thread yesterday but I'm not sure anyway saw it. According to some people over on RCMB, Allen Trieu posted behind a paywall that he thinks Madaris is about to announce a commitment to Nebraska, which is why he didn't show up at the BBQ.

Madaris to Nebraska? That seems...odd. Nebraska averaged 151 ypg passing in 2010 and 176 ypg passing in 2011. Why the h*ll would he want to play for a team that throws the ball as infrequently/poorly as Nebraska?

I think I read somewhere that Pelinin might be moving to a different spread offense that throws the ball more, but it still doesn't seem like it would be that big an improvement. We'll see though.

Are under rated. Kalis is considered the best player in Ohio but this list has him 3rd? There are not 17 better football players in the midwest than RJS.

On that "shopping list", I'd think Dunn would be one of Michigan's biggest targets on the board.  We need a workhorse, big back with talent.  And Washington would be a great player who could start for us for 3 years.  But, I'm guessing our chances with him aren't that great compared to Dunn.  There's always hoping though!

Now, since the current crop of commitments essentially represents quite well the WHOLE Midwest all by itself; Michigan Fans who thrive on recruiting might relax a tad. For, easily They should be able to see Hoke was not only not kidding, but his focus was amazingly a-Maize-ing...I can "see Maize and Blue spots before my eyes"....and, I still say Hoke at will can shoot down a flitting gnat at 40 paces in either injure or kill mode with either hand; because, Hoke can claim not just the Midwest's quickest, but the Planet's quickist, lickety-split, lightning-fast finger point...smoking finger-nails and all. Blow on those golden finger-tips, pardner...you brought in your men for justice!
