Scalping Tickets...
Has anyone out there done this and could give some advice?
I need four for Wisconsin tomorrow, but could only round up two so far. I've convinced the other two members of my party to scalp, but I've never had to do it before - and neither have they.
Does anyone out there have any extras, or any places where tickets can be had for face (or less</sarc>) around the stadium?
I know there's a ticket thread, but I didn't want this to get burried in there, and it isn't straight up about trying to deal for tickets anyways. If mod needs to delete, that's fine.

If the two people that need the tickets head towards the stadium anywhere from 30 mins to kickoff or a little after kickoff they will have no trouble getting 2 tickets. Almost all times I have needed extra I've easily found what tickets. And in all instances I have found both tickets in a good price range as well as found tickets in really any section I have hoped for.

Definitely. My dad has season tickets, when I can't use his tickets I typically scalp. I've been to several games this season, and haven't paid any more than $25 a ticket for very good seats.

Look on craigslist. Otherwise there will be plenty of people selling on gameday. I've already seen a ton of my friends (students however) selling their tickets for $30-50.

There are always plenty along State Street and then Hoover on the way to the stadium.
Oh, and check the sticky ticket thread. I will put dollars to donuts that someone still has a ticket or two left. I know some idiot is just waiting for me to go away to post a "selling two tickets for tomorrow" thread.

If you wait until 10-15 minutes before the game you can get them real cheap.

Back in the day, when we would scalp, the first place to go to on Friday nights and early Sat morns was in front of the Union. Yes, the cops knew we were there, but they didn't bother us.

You could arrange to pick them up tomorrow morning first thing instead of dealing with scalpers at the stadium.
