SB Smokes Indiana 11-5
The SB Team is on the road this weekend at Indiana. I am sure they would rather be back home watching the spring game. But the ladies did us proud today.
M's offense hit 4 HRs (SiLo, Romo, Kelsey, and Monte) en route to an 11-5 victory.
Sara was the starting pitcher and went 3 innings. She gave up 3 ER off 4 hits. She had 5Ks and no BB. Megan came on in relief for the remaining 4 innings. She gave up 2 ER on 4 hits. She had 8 Ks and 3 BBs.
Overall both the offense and pitching did very well. Although we have to curb our enthusiasm because it is Indiana after all.
Per your OP, Sara and Megan gave up 3 ER apiece, yet we were still able to keep IU to just 5 runs!

Giving up 5 runs is not good. We will struggle this year if our pitchers aren't able to keep the scoring to about half that on average. At least we didn't have a repeat of last Friday's game.
