I missed the game. How'd he get injured?
September 19th, 2009 at 4:03 PM ^
What quote are you referring to?
September 19th, 2009 at 4:06 PM ^
Willis?

But it sounded like from Rich's presser that Molk got hurt. Which is very very bad. Especially for Brian.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:09 PM ^
The announcers didn't mention that he got injured during the game. Are you sure its not moosman that got hurt?
September 19th, 2009 at 4:09 PM ^
They barely showed the game during the game, so this doesn't surprise me.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:11 PM ^
I wouldn't rely on them for much of anything.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:09 PM ^
Where is the quotes from the presser?
Does anyone have the link???
September 19th, 2009 at 4:09 PM ^
The RRod presser after the game .. he said Molk was saying his foot was bothering but they did not realize how serious it was and it might be broken ... Said Moosemen would be first in at Center and he should be back soon.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:09 PM ^
RR just said a few minutes ago on the BTN postgame that Molk has a serious foot injury and it could be broken. He didn't confirm it, but RR didn't sound optimistic.
Minor's ankle also acted up early. Sitting him next week against Indiana might be a really good idea.
Now we need to build a Kevlar bubble and some armed guards to protect Forcier. I nearly had a heart attack when he went down as I'm sure most UM fans did.

I didn't like seeing Tate and Martin go down today, even tho Martin was fine. Also, BTN is terrible. Did anyone else notice how long the TV timeouts were today?
September 19th, 2009 at 4:19 PM ^
Yeah, they were about 2 seconds. DVR ftw.
September 19th, 2009 at 6:04 PM ^
always have long tv timeouts, and a lot of them. Gets pretty irritating if you're at the game, I don't know if it's as irritating when you're watching the tv.

Those of us at home are too busy either a) being transfixed by Rotel commercials or b) trying to figure out how 38-17 is an 11-point lead to be irritated.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:13 PM ^
that hurts...Molk was playing very well...hopefully its just a few weeks off during the weaker part of the schedule

on a side question ... anyone notice JB Fitzgerald today ? ..did i just miss him or what ?
September 19th, 2009 at 4:18 PM ^

I wondered the same thing. I thought he was going to start in place of Mouton, but then they marched Leach out on the field...
September 19th, 2009 at 4:20 PM ^
he played a little, but leach started in mouton's spot. I wished he would have done a tad bit better.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:20 PM ^
JB was in there at the end, and he might have been in on special teams before that
September 19th, 2009 at 4:23 PM ^
i thought that fitzgerald was supposed to be a very good linebacker. why hasn't he got much time?
September 19th, 2009 at 4:40 PM ^
on the depth chart Fitzgerald is behind Obi while Leach backs up Mouton.
September 19th, 2009 at 4:19 PM ^
If molk is out and moosman steps in for him then who will go in his place. I know ferrara filled in for him today, but i don't know how well he played. What about patrick omameh, i thought he was supposed start this year because he had a great spring? Thoughts?
September 19th, 2009 at 7:29 PM ^
Omameh is a RT, which Huyge won in the spring
September 19th, 2009 at 4:33 PM ^
Somebody has to step up. One of the redshirt freshman needs to go into practice next week and perform well enough to turn the coaches heads.
I thought Rocky was the backup center?

Michael Floyd just broke his collar bone vs. state

pretty sure I saw him walking on it today. No crutches.
