Saturday Weather: 20 MPH winds
Yes, it will be wet, but IMHO the bigger issue will be the 20 MPH winds:

It isn't just punt returns. Last year, he had a pick against Rudock near the end that won the game for Maryland. We don't want to give Lively any live touches of the ball.

Can you create a separate blog where the only discusssions/threads will be about the weather forecast for games????

but not necessary. We've already got a dedicated board for that . . . .

We have a very deep stable of rb's,fb's/hb's, and te's for this occasion. Time for some pound cake.

The biggest impact of wind will be on punt returns. Jabril is very aggressive (which I love) on ensuring he snags everything before it can bound down the field for any of those 70 plus yard punts. But, last week he dropped his last catch, out of bound luckily.
Could go either way but catching the punts by both teams is something to watch.

I doubt there will be any catching of our punts by MD. They should all be going out of bounds.

has allowed our gunners to get down the field an extra 10 yards before the punt is even in the air. We sit there huddled around the return guy. I like our chances even if they do punt to their stud return man.

Good point on not catching any punts - but not because they are going out of bounds but because Michigan won't need to punt - duh (smacks self in head)!

Haven't just about all of our games so far been played in windy conditions? I remember Harbaugh commenting on it. We should be used to it by now.

Manball does not care about weather...Manball only cares where the endzone is
