Saturday Night What Are You Drinking? Thread

I posted last night's drinking thread. I don't want to give anyone the wrong idea. I'm not really this in to drinking but tonight calls for some whiskey. Michigan softball takes their 2nd step toward a National Championship. The Tigers win a big game in St. Louis. What is everybody drinking on this fine evening?

I feel bad for folks who dont drink.  When they get up in the morning, thats as good as they are ever going to feel.

If the Royals lose it will be a glass of Alaskan Hopothermia IPA. If the Royals win it will be a glass of Johnnie Walker Black Label.  And a glass of Hopothermia.

Long Island Craft Cares ale, brewed by four LI brewers for one week only to benefit the local food bank. Trade two cans of food for one can of beer. Not bad. This evening was a blast, Lowes AND IKEA. Double the fun.

Hennessy and Stella Artois, in Chicago with my wife and her aunt had a Congac from her trip to France that's smoother than Billy D Williams my friends lol

But I'm at a bar in a hotel on an overnight in the CLT and they have $1 specials for us on Montejo. It's better than Corona then again that's not saying much. Usually I drink bourbon neat.

I am about three pints into some Blue Moon, winding down from what turned out to be a day trip to Motor City ComicCon. We actually had a good time - I got to bug my sister at her booth for a while, had a near-collision with Robert Englund and some other interesting moments. I even apparently will be a background character in another comic book (I am sort of in one actually), although I won't see the draft drawing until tomorrow sometime.

Working on some Oberon right now, also just got some Goose Island 312 and finally found a place that sold a München Helles import (Campus Corner, believe it or not...). Good stuff.

that's it, just sprite. I'm at work in the hood, in desperate need of more than that though. especially after the day so far. I am able to enjoy a nice cigar though and listen to some blues with a nice cool wind. 10 hours to go,not that I'm counting down or anything
