I look forward to those regional games at CSU. 4 really exciting teams on a huge stage. Rozier(Louisville) from Shaker may steal the show though, he had 37 points today against Garfield

This couldnt have come on a better night. The usual scotty karate from darkhorse in marshall mi. After today im digging into the Platinum patron tonight. Cpl benji's for a bottle but worth it after the way i'll end up moving past the loss!

Summer Shandy is biggggg here in central Ohio. You see it everywhere along with 312 during spring/summer months. I'm not a huge fan of lemonade either, and would greatly appreciate some Hopslam around here damnit. Is it around these parts?!

So far I have only had the All Day IPA.  I really like it.  I had stayed away from it due to the low ABV (4.7%), but it incredibly smoothe and a bit citrusy.  Very good.

Water.  Right out of the tap and everything.  It feels good to be able to do that after a week-plus in Peru where if you drink out of the tap, you become best friends with the toilet and both ends of the digestive system open up like geysers.

The plus side to this is that ordering beer with every meal suddenly becomes a sensible, correct decision.

We're the same way in terms of eating healthy. The diet pretty much limits carbs as much as possible and get most of your calories with protein. Regardless, doing any kind of exercise for an hour 6 days a week will see results, even if you have a 6 pack and a cheeseburger with fries every night.
