Of Duke's 34 points, 20 of them are Kelly's. The next largest contibution would be Plumlee and Cook with 4 each.

He is 7-10 and 5-7 from three-point range, and is responsible for three of Duke's thirteen rebounds.

Duke is a fraud.  They are not physically tough and will make it no further than the Sweet 16.  They don't play good enough defense.  Mason Plumlee has been pretty unimpressive for a while now after all of the National Player of the Year talk early in the season.  If they get a 2nd round matchup against a team like VCU, they will lose even earlier.

Eh, opinion understood and respected, but I and probably many others would disagree.  Duke is a good team.  Not as good/great a team as past Duke teams but they are good.  What sucks for the rest of the country is they just became really good again, today, with teh return of Ryan Kelly.  His amazing game today aside, he's a pivotal player on that team and his reappearance makes Duke the opposite of unimpressive.

Miami really looks like the real deal even if they lose this game I wouldn't wanna play them in March

Am I the only one that is still feeling like their nuts got kicked in the PSU game and hasnt recovered yet?  Normally the night before the MSU game I'd be jacked up and looking forward to watching the game but after watching us get beat by OSU, Indiana, Wisconsin and then get totally curb-stompted by MSU I was hoping the PSU game would right the ship a bit.  Sadly not to be.

Good thing I'm not playing tomorrow and I'll got to do is watch on TV.  Hopefully Beilein does a better job of getting fired up for the game than I'm doing.

Oh....and I'm drinking Ghost Pines Cabernet with the wife in front of a fire.

I am hoping Duke loses for a few reasons.  First, I can't stand Duke and want them to lose to everyone they play.  Second, their loss on Thursday probably put them on the 2 line and a loss tonight and a win by Michigan tomorrow (wishful thinking) may bump Duke down to a 3 and Michigan back up to a 2.  I am saving my drinking for 4pm tomorrow.

with Ryan Kelly in the lineup, and it shows. As much as I hate the guy, he's a really good player.  I wonder how he will be in the NBA.  Maybe could be a Kyle Korver type (but a little bigger).

Shane Larkin is really, really good. Anyone know about his recruitment? I know he was under the radar but I wonder if he had any interest or reached out to Beilein at all.

Obviously, we got Trey so it's a moot point - just curious if Beilein considered offering given his pedigree.

Yeah. Maybe he's British?

Duke has an uncanny ability to recruit ugly, tall dudes (Boozer, Singler, Shelden Williams, etc) and the whitest black dudes ever. Right Jalen?

The names change but the players never do. Gotta give them credit though...they've been incredibly successful

He was upset when we offered spike too as I recall. Beilein offered ADV but he needed to visit campus to commit. He dragged his feet and waffles between UM and Ohio. Beilein offered Spike too, but Spike committed immediately leaving ADV stuck as a Buckeye.

Come to think of it, Id be pissed too.

Watching Iowa game and Braveheart. Been on a cider kick lately so I'm sipping Angry Orchard Ginger Apple and Fox Barrel Pear Cider with rhubarb, elderberry, and organic honey. Pear cider is 6.5%. Trippy.

Honeycrisp apple wheat tonight. Not bad kinda taste like hard cider. I decided to try it because I'm from a small town and everyone has their own home made cider. I would say it's middle of the road. I've had real good and real bad. The worst cider I have ever drank was my own that shit was straight vinegar. It is a true craft some of the guys I know have been making it 50 years and really know their shit.

The Fox Barrel came out of the bottle the consistency of V8 medley. Same purple color. Tastes like a tangy fruit juice.. Pear juice is often used as a filler in most juice drinks so nothing really jumps out at ya. Any Angry Orchard Cider is a safe bet in my opinion though..

Fun fact about the Duke-Miami game:

The effective FG% of the Duke team minus Ryan Kelly is 40.9%

Include Kelly's performance, and it is 60.6%. Most notably, they would jump from 30% from three-point range to 55% with Kelly. Wow.
