They have a fondue fountain? I've never even heard of a fondue fountain and can scarcely imagine quite what one looks like or does, but that's what I've been looking for all my life!

Do you throw meat and bread cubes in it instead of coins?

Mattison is a better recruiter than anyone you've named in this thread and Chris Partridge is up there too. Wheatley was a good recruiter in the Detroit area. Just because Michigan doesn't have the number one class every year, doesn't mean no one can recruit on the staff. 2019 will be much better and Michigan will start winning more. Winning helps recruiting.

appreciate the candidate suggestions. I would imagine bush will be the leading candidate, but in case he is not, I like learning about these other dudes.

He spent a couple of years on their support staff, like Bush Sr has here. Durkin hired him for his local connections. He had been a HS coach in DC. He doesn't seem like the kind of candidate you would drop Bush for.

I like Durkin's OC and the WR coach he tried to poach from Tennessee, Zach Azzani, now of the Chicago Bears. I have the feeling our new staff is already set, we're just waiting for the season to end to make things official.

bush can interact on officials, while families are on campus, etc., correct? just can't hit the road recruiting? yeah, he'll be the coach, and then watch him kill it on the recruiting trail

Former NFL, head coach with a state championship in Florida, already in the system, recruiting chops.

I agree with whover above is dissing the freaking out at a top 15 class following the last two stellar results. This is a stout class full of guys who will play, in a year where there isn't a lot of room with which to sell an easy to see route to early playing time at a lot of positions. With a still decent shot of making a top ten class too boot, the crying about recruiting around here is bonehead.

A DC guy would be good, but Bush is a better guy for us on practically every level.

Let's go get us a stud WR coach now, please.
