Michigan is in the mix for two top offensive linemen in Chris Bryant who will decide Friday and Penn State commitment Ryan Nowicki who could visit this weekend.

Obviously we got Bryant. However, in Nowicki's Rivals profile it shows a visit date of 1/28/11 yet it's not on the Scout visit list. So what gives here is he visiting or not? Do we even have a shot at this kid? He'd be an a nice 3* pickup at 6'5" 280. Imagine him alongside Bryant at 6'5" 330 and Fisher at 6'7" 270, wow.

I'm an Arizona guy, and most people here weren't high on him -- he wasn't considered anywhere near the same level as Westerman (obviously), Cyrus Hobbi, Tyler Johnstone and Andre Yrurtegyona (excuse the inevitable spelling errors), and probably no better than Mo Latu (a three-star who just committed to Arizona State).

That's not to say that Nowicki won't be a good player some day -- I'm no scouting expert -- but I wonder about the general lack of excitement or interest from the local schools.

I agree with DGDestroys: I'd rather have Fisher.

In his defense he plays for Cactus in Glendale, which is Glendale. I don't think he did the camp scene very much either.

I talked to him throughout the whole process, and he got a lot of late interest. I think he was somewhat overlooked.

i feet the trade is favored to psu via they have zettel who grew up loving the wolverines. I loved his highlight tape and feel it is a terrible loss but at the same time i've learned to live with it and i love what hoke has done since being here. Hopefully the class of 2012 will have this excitement with the top level talent. fingers crossed boys. does anyboy know if hoke is a democrat or a republican, I would like to write his name in on the next ballet.

wasnt it supposed to happen? did anyone hear anything? i know hes on his oregon visit, which more then likely will be a good one and probably the main competitor towards him rejoining michigan. but im hoping that a strong evening with he and hoke will help show him where he belongs
