with michigan leading 28-0 half way into the first quarter, coach harbaugh directed his offense to stop on the rutgers 20 yd line each time down.  dutifully running backs and receivers would either fall down or run out of bounds.  then, no matter the down, the field goal unit came out.  kenny allen missed his first 6 from the 20 (a 37 yd kick), but then made the next four.  then harbaugh had his offense stop at the 25.  allen heated up and made 8 of 10  from 42 yd range.   this progressed further out until kenny allen had kicked an NCAA record 31 field goals, including the last three from 54 yds.   it was reported after the game that all the kick-psychiatrists were then released from their temporary 'shrink' contracts...

Well. Wisconsin has a bye so there won't be much tailgating in Madison. My GF will out of town. There's a solid chance I sleep through the Rutgers game.
