not sure. I have it pulled up as well. Maybe he is just talking to an individual or two off camera before the presser is supposed to begin.

IIRC from previous presser threads, I'm pretty sure RichRod answers questions with reporters off-podium for a while before the start of the official presser (the Twitters have been exploding for the past half hour or so)
