RR to Florida-FAKE
I will most likely get negged to oblivion with that title, but I wanted to get some attention. I hope it worked....for the right reasons.
RR is my man and has been since the hire. I do not want him to leave as I really believe that he will do some great things here. Howeva, if I were him and FLA had any interest, I would listen if they called. It kills me to think about this but after we have seen the way some UofM fans/media have treated him I would not be surpised at all to see him give us a big middle finger. He did it to his alma mater, what makes you think he wouldn't do it to a school like UofM?
I would like to think that there is no way FLA would even look at RR(with the record here and all), but an earlier poster said that he would have everything in place down there to be successful from the get go. Gosh that would suck. All because of a bunch of impatient idiots.
***I do think, though, that RR is a little too stubborn and competative to not give this UofM thing more of a go. Is the flight tracker on?

That said, no.

He wouldn't go. But thank you for giving me that feeling of dread to where I almost pass out. I hate that feeling.

Ya gotta be kiddin'

That might save me a few negs.

8-16 record is appealing to florida? are michigan fans seriously this oblivious that we're worried about one of the best teams in the nation poaching our coach with a losing record?

When I said, "his record and all". Just because he has stunk up the joint here doesn't negate the fact he was 60-26 at WV. I am not THAT Michigan guy who thinks our coach and program is AWESOME DUDE! I am just saying that he is still a proven coach and I would not be suprised to see him look at offers.

I don't think Michigan fans are, just perhaps this particular poster.

RR to Florida to get away from the intense Michigan fan base? Perhaps less stress? Urban Meyer is leaving the job at age 45 because of health reasons...

RR has Barwis to absolve his stress.
December 26th, 2009 at 11:51 PM ^
he wouldn't have Tim Tebow

You talk about negs with a sig that gives the first rule of MGoPoints...

a)_RichRod's recent record will eliminate any consideration of him in Gainesville. His hiring would cause mass rioting (3 out of 10 using the Michigan State University Riot Indicator(c)and likely some alumni/donor concerns.
b) Other candidates have more recent winning records that include success in BCS and/or major bowl games
c) RichRod has been successful in past (see Oklahoma BCS game etc.) but not recently. He may be successful in Michigan (likely I think) but he won't meet Florida's hiring criteria.
d) He would have been a major candidate 2.5 years ago.
Best wishes.

If Rod doesn't get Michigan to a winning record next year, I highly doubt MAC schools would even want Rod.
December 27th, 2009 at 1:55 AM ^
He'd probably push Brantley out, and have to start a walk-on.

Richrod would have no success in florida. Everyone knows he only receuits 3* players, and in the state of florida its full of just 4* and 5* players. Who would he recruit?!**
**warning this post is a attempt to be as ridiculous as the OP.

A pig flew past my bedroom window this morning. It scared the shit out of me.
And I like tacos.
