RR on ESPN

It is good that they have Dana Jacobson interviewing him. He sounds confident that this will work itself out and hurt that this could happen. Talked about all the judgement coming from one article. Got a nice line in about the GPA of the players on TV (showed a clip of him throwing, can't throw for shit). Nice added point by Jacobson about WV looking into their records about complaints and saying there has been no complaints.

Seems like the media is def. making this out to be way more than it is. Doesn't from my perspective seem like all the media attention reflects what is going on in the locker room and w/ this team. I think this team is tight and ready to tear someone a new one come Saturday and every saturday until mid November.

The interviewer questioned RR why players are going to the Media with complaints instead of coming to him. He didn't really address the issue head on like I was hoping he would. Even Rosendouche has admitted none of the players, current or former, ever came to him with complaints. I wish the idiots in the media would get it straight already. RR is too laid back sometimes and could use a PR guy or some coaching in this area. A win on Saturday though, will go a long way toward shutting some folks up I reckon.

I hope you're right about the team being ready to tear teams up this season. However, playing inspired football and playing great football aren't always the same thing. I've seen MSU play inspired football on more than one occasion and come up short because in most cases superior talent overcomes emotion. That said, the team being tight, committed, and focused is a good start for achieving success. Go Blue!

Anyone notice how excited Rodriguez got when Jacobson asked the QB question? In his mind he must have been thinking "hallelujah, an honest to god football question!"
