With the flood of new topics on the board lately I understand it can be easy to miss...
RR on ESPN
Thanks I did notice it. I wrote this while watching it and was recording any points that I thought were made during the interview that would be of interest to the readers who didn't see it.
The interviewer questioned RR why players are going to the Media with complaints instead of coming to him. He didn't really address the issue head on like I was hoping he would. Even Rosendouche has admitted none of the players, current or former, ever came to him with complaints. I wish the idiots in the media would get it straight already. RR is too laid back sometimes and could use a PR guy or some coaching in this area. A win on Saturday though, will go a long way toward shutting some folks up I reckon.
Lloyd would have pointed that out first and foremost.
I hope you're right about the team being ready to tear teams up this season. However, playing inspired football and playing great football aren't always the same thing. I've seen MSU play inspired football on more than one occasion and come up short because in most cases superior talent overcomes emotion. That said, the team being tight, committed, and focused is a good start for achieving success. Go Blue!
Anyone notice how excited Rodriguez got when Jacobson asked the QB question? In his mind he must have been thinking "hallelujah, an honest to god football question!"
deserves a break its RR.
I hope he catches one and soon.
a win on Sat would be great.
-1 on a post like this I upvote it.
Seriously, -1 for this? Fuck you, anonymous neg-giver. I simultaneously remove your -1 while giving the poster an additional point.
I live to spite you. *nod*
