This is Penn State's second commitment of the day along with 4* QB Christian Hackenberg. Good start for Tom O'Brien at PSU. Nice to see a couple of Big Ten teams recruiting well early.

So I guess your boy Taco fits into that category. Ranked 29th in the state of Ohio.
I think there are some posts missing above, but yes, Taco is #29 in scout and #17 in Kurelic/Bucknuts top 50.
I don't think you'll see an OSU offer for Taco, if for no other reason, he doesn't play a position of need. Especially given the number of DEs and OLBs OSU took last year.
