2016 4 star DE Ron Johnson, Jr. tweeted this out.

My parents told me where I should go ,and my thoughts are the same

He, 4 star WR Brad Hawkins and 4 star Center Cesar Ruiz (2017) all visit tomorrow and all are from Camden HS in NJ.

Johnson may or may not be related to Michigan legend Ron Johnson who was a RB here from 1966-1968 and still holds the single game rushing record. I say this because he did play for the New York Giants and still resides in that NY/NJ area.

Tomorrow is gonna be a very interesting day.

I think I read/heard that pretty much the entire population becomes more and more allergic to lactose as they age, some have more severe reactions than others obviously.

I too remember my first "attack" - after eating some dairy-heavy cream of mushroom soup at Big Boy, the symptoms came on so fast that I felt like there was zero chance I would get to the bathroom in time to prevent a disaster.  TMI?

And it's more prevalent in non European races... Like all us Latinos got the short end of the stick along with African Americans and Asians. My first time when I realized it I thought I had the flu and didn't go to work for three days. Damn you jets pizza and ranch. Damn you. But long live ALMOND MILK. Especially Califia Farms Vanilla!

dRich, you probably already know this, but in case you don't there are real milks from which they extract the lactose.  A popular (but pricey) brand is called Fair Life, and also if you belong to Costco, they sell their own version (1/2 the price of Fair Life) which also has no lactose.

unlike others...he actually communicates directly with these kids. He walks a fine line between protecting and pimping the recruit, making sure UM is happy, and reporting the facts. Not easy, especially when your sources can't decide or have outside forces overriding their desires.

You should never take what he says as fact, and if you do, well then your stupid

There's not many people I trust more in their field than Sam. He talks directly with recruits, everyone that meets him likes him whether they are loving Michigan or not, and he never over hypes situations for clicks - he tells you what he can and exactly how he heard it.
