I don't know if it was all English's fault however - thinking back to McNabb and Syracuse, it seemed we couldn't defend a mobile qb/spread attack well before his time.

Technically it's only breaking the contract if he refused to pay the buy-out since said contract has a "buy-out" close written into it to allow for a parting of ways.

Of all possible candidates out there, I find it impossible to believe Ron English is the best Michigan can do. How English is mentioned in the same sentence as Mattison, Trogovac, Austin, and Bedford is beyond me. I am going to bed and hoping I dont see a Hello Ron English post in the morning.

When you shake hands with someone, you look them in the eye. You don't wear an angry scoul on your face. You don't keep walking away in another direction while there is hand contact. These are simple rules that 99% of the coaching population doesn't have a hard time following, even after losing.
Ron and his mentor are not a part of that 99%.
