2- Texas 2035

3- Bama 1906

7- OHIO 1667

15 - PSU 882

29 - MSU 555

If you go to the team rankings on Rivals 2012 still comes up but 2013 is in the dropdown menu.  Great to see us on top by a pretty good margin.  Go Blue!

2316 Points would have given us the #5 class last year. For reference last years class had 2132 points. In 2012 Alabama finished first with 2621 points.

Maybe, but we'll see.  They can give 18 this year, and that might be 14 four stars and 4 five stars.  That might still be better than our 23 member class of mostly four stars.  The crazy thing about their class so far - they have 7 commits, 2 five stars and 5 four stars, but of the four star guys, none of them are even a 5.8, they are all 5.9 or above.  Their lowest guy is #141 overall to Rivals - the other 6 are all top-100.

Whoa, I'm no USC fan, in fact as an actual resident of LA where I have to hear about how amazingly awesome USC is, I'm sure I dislike them more than about anyone on this board.  Plus, but brother-in-law went there and it as obnoxious a USC fan as there is.

That said, I'm also able to comment on these things from an objective standpoint.  And unfortunately, their class is looking pretty dope.

I have not been a huge fan of Rivals lately, but one thing they do that i like is only include the top 20 rated recruits from a class, thus, oversigning like Miami does every year will not help you.

If USC signs less than 20, then yeah, we can probably stay above them.

Between the time the OP was posted and now, MSU dropped one spot to #30. Also, there are a few additional B1G teams not included in the OP: Nebraska at 18, Illini at 19, and Iowa at 29.
