Lee Corso just predicted FIVE wins for Michigan on College Gameday. His prediction was based on their schedule. Funny, based on Michigan's schedule, I can see 8 or 9.
Very strange.

Just saw that. I thought he reitred last year.
August 27th, 2011 at 1:23 PM ^
....he's still on the air. ESPN hasn't noticed that he retired, I imagine. Actually, I wonder if that isn't a mascot between Howard and Herbstreit....

Yeah, I just saw that too. Not sure what the hell he's thinking. Of course, it IS Lee Corso.
August 27th, 2011 at 4:39 PM ^
Any team Corso coached would have had a hard time winning five with this schedule. So, Lee probably thinks he's being optimistic.

I don't understand how Corso still has a job with ESPN. Yeah, I know that he plays that gimmicky talking head role who has all the theatrics but he's just horrible. He provides zero value and I'm positive Gameday would be a hell of a lot better if they replaced him with an insightful former player, or Brian Cook.

"... with an insightful former player, Brian Cook."
Remember, Brian won the Ray Guy award.

Corso will always have this image in his head when he thinks of us...
...which caused this reaction....
...so you can expect his opinion to be a little off.

Am I the nly one who thinks Corso looks like Bob from That 70's show in this picture?

I see more of a david starsky

They listed 5 experts opinions on best player in the league and they unanimously picked D. Robinson, yet Rivals picked Crick as their best player?
This lost credibilty when I realized that Molk nor Brewster was first team center???
August 27th, 2011 at 12:00 PM ^
Also, 3 out of the 5 picked Michigan State as biggest disappointment, while only 1 picked Penn State. Just sayin.
August 27th, 2011 at 12:25 PM ^
Corso also predicted last years BCS championship game would be Florida vs Nebraska AND in 2008 predicted the ACC would be the strongest conference. My crystal ball tells me Corso is Just a bit less reliable than a coin toss. Wolverines win 9, bank on it.

Are you a 7 year old girl? If you are, I'll reverse the neg.
August 27th, 2011 at 12:50 PM ^
I am not. So just go ahead and leave that neg on there.

Do you still call your blanket a blanky?
August 27th, 2011 at 1:21 PM ^
No. I bought into the hype and now I call my blanket a Snuggie.

I like your style, you've earned that +1 due to witty responses to hungover trollish comments.

WHERE DOES THIS LEAGUE RANK IN RELATION TO OTHERS?
Olin Buchanan: Fourth
Tom Dienhart: Fifth
also Buchanon fail.
August 27th, 2011 at 6:44 PM ^
That's terrible. They also overhype the Pac-12 because of Stanford and Oregon when the league as a whole really isn't that good.
