It is my understanding that being sidelined for most of the season with injury is what caused the drop. Not much else.

Would be correct.
At the time he dropped, a couple UM players moved up on Scout too. I believe it was a net gain for us the last ranking update.

Not a big deal. He was hurt but said he could have possibly played toward the end of the season. But after talking to his family and coaches, they figured since his team had a slim chance at the playoffs, Ringer would sit out and let his knee heal.

This came out a while ago my man. Like the board said, he didn't play so the 4th star could not be justified. No biggie, because whatever potential he has, I know the coaches will squeeze it out of him and that has nothing to do with recruiting rankings.

He is supposed to be an EE correct? I wonder if his knee will be ok if him to play next year..
