Rich Rod charging for pics at camp?

Submitted by Colt McBaby Jesus on
I heard a rumor the other day that Rich Rod is charging $5 for players who come to the Michigan camp to get their picture with him. This, apparently, was not something Carr did. I'm just curious if this is accurate or not so much.

Actually at Carr's camp, there was a charge for underclassmen. Every senior got a free pic. I'm guessing you are talking about the high school camp.

There's yet another break in the Michael Jackson case. He did not die from a drug overdose as was intitially indicated. He actually died from complications due to food poisoning, from eating 5 year old weiners.

I heard about his death at Improv after a Second City show. They asked for news topics and somebody said Michael Jackson and so they explained it to the audience. It was a little weird. That improv scene was two morticians and the line I still remember is "Well, at least we'll save money on embalming."

I went to the high school camp after the NC season and I definitely paid for a pic with Coach Carr. And if memory serves me correct it was more like $10 or $15.

Carr definitely charged for pictures as well, so this is a non story. Plus, if I were a coach I'd charge for pictures too in hopes that the line would get smaller and I wouldn't have to take so many damn pictures. That would get annoying after about 15 minutes.

PS: There is a possibility that the NCAA does not allow freebies of any kind, so coaches have to charge for those types of pics. For example: When families of players come in for a picnic or something, Michigan must charge those families a nominal fee for the food otherwise it is an NCAA violation. I dont know if that applies to the photo situation, but it could if Carr was charging too....
