Rich can top it when necessary.

Seen it a hundred plus times. To me it hasn't become worn or trite.  I saw a video of a pregame at WV with Rich and he had me pretty fired up too.

I am having a hard time concentrating on business today and going back through and reading Brian's breakdowns of positions and the UCONN stuff on the net. Then trying to get back to business; and back again to screwing off.

I gotta think:

When you work like these guys work in practice, learning all this new uncomfortable stuff to precision over the last two years, sometimes getting your face rubbed in shit by more experienced opponents, belittled by the know it all media, and you bust ass like many of them have worked in the offseason to get bigger and better, and you chased off the guys who weren't up to the challenge:  you have a TEAM that poses a lot of danger to opponents.

That big ball of controlled more mature frustration has got to count for something. What it counts for will be proven starting tomorrow.

I doubt Rich will have to top Al in any pregame with this group. I can sense the energy in the practice videos and interviews I watch on this team.
