Anybody know the tiebreaker for the B1G championship? Conference record is #1, but what is next - overall record, or head to head?

Head to head

What happens if nebraska, msu and m all have one loss?
October 30th, 2011 at 1:39 AM ^
It goes to division record, and then if that is also tied it goes to BCS rankings, I believe. I googled it today on a whim.

Since UM and Nebraska each have 1 in-conference loss already.

Thanks for being awake and answering. Thats what I thought, but my friend insisted that it was overall. I wish it was.
And now, to add some content to this post - Braxton Miller's stat line tonight:
7-12, 89 yds, 1 TD, 0INT. 19 rushes for 99 yds and 2 TDs.
How can a team that thought it was a NC contender not be able to defense a team that can't throw? I worry that Miller will run all over us, but I would sell out so hard to stop the run. Getting Kovacs back is going to be huge for that game, Miller has great ability to beat the first tackler, we need sure tackling in run support.
Penn State is now TWO(!) games ahead of both Wisky and OSU in the East, but has Nebraska, @OSU and @Wisky to finish the season.

What is this "east" business?
It's Legends and Leaders. They couldn't have made it any more geographically clear who is where.

WIDE open Koger missed on the final drive before the half.

Anyone know what Lewan did to draw the PF penalty? i feel like that must have come down from the league - MSU sent in a bunch of plays showing what they thought was dirty play from him, and the refs send a message in the first drive of the next game
There is a fine line between "nasty" and "dirty". I hope Lewan is on the right side of that line (i.e. the opposite side from Tom Gholston), and from everything I have seen, he is.

Said he saw Lewan kick the Purdue player after the whistle. I missed it but I do not question him.

.... a god

I'm not down with that. If(and thats a big if) he really kicked somebody, I'd like to see a real punishment. I understand we cant afford to lose Lewan, but sportsmanship is more important to me than winning. Its a tough situation, and in the end, I trust Hoke to do whats best - he's no Dantonio.

He hit me after the play was over, so I pushed him to the ground and when he tried to grab my leg, I kicked him. That was pickup football too.

Speaking of MSU, here's their penalty stats the past three weeks:
10/15 vs. U-M: 13 penalties for 124 yards
10/22 vs. Wisc: 0 penalties for 0 yards.
10/29 vs. Neb.: 9 penalties for 90 yards.
Very curious. Their worst offender (Gholston) was of course out for the Wisc game, but still . . . how does a penalty-plagued team turn in a clean sheet all of a sudden? If I wore a tinfoil hat, I'd wonder if there was a little quid pro quo going on with the league when they agreed to the Gholston suspension.
