The Red WIngs lost to the Rangers in their final game of the season 3-2. But the Senators beat the Bruins 6-1, so the Wings advance to the playoffs for the 25th straight year.

This is pure crap, and bettman is the worst commissioner ever. I can watch the game because I don't get fsd living in the southeast. So I'm left to Twitter updates and Game tracker.

NHL Center Ice is available (for free!) on my Comcast cable. Saw it on the comment section on MLive...so it was finally good for something!

By the way...did the Wings get a goal pulled off the board? I tuned into Sirius at first and saw a 1-0 Wings lead...then it went back to 0-0.

Wings scored early on in the period but the Rangers used their challenge. They reviewed the play and determined the Wings were offside. Shortly after, FSD showed the highlight of Boston's goal. It appeared the Boston forward was feet offside but somehow the nhl upheld the goal after the review.

The Rangers wouldn't mind losing this game to have a better matchup in Round 1 of the playoffs. They've sat their starting goalie and some key players. It's all there for the taking.....yet the Wings are looking losing and looking flat. smh

So far, the Wings have zero intensity. If I didn't know any better, I would think this is a preseason game not a must-win game to secure a playoff spot.

Sloppy finishing by red wings. The goal came from a botched offensive possession where a routine pass could have turned into a good goal potential for us, but instead was a flailing pass that led right to a 2-on-1 break for the Rangers. We've had a couple of scoring chances where there's either a whiff on the shot or a bad pass

judging by the box score - lots of shots, tied the game.  maybe they served caffeinated coffee in the locker room.
