We had to score 65 points against Illinois to win today.

Still ready to put RR on the first thing smoking out of A2.

Favorite quote of the day: " RR and his spread defense will get nowhere in the Big Ten". Of course this was stated by a buckeye football self proclaimed expert. His stupidity left my blinded and speechless.

This is the best offense you are going to see in your lifetime and it is only going to get better in the coming years. The defensive players showed a ton of heart and character with extra grit from Vinopal and Kovacs.

I would invite you to politely jump the hell off the bandwagon and go with fans closer to your level in East Lansing.

Those who stay.

FIrst of all we had to score more than 65 points to win the game.

Second, it was 45-45 at the end of regulation.  You start at the opponent's 25. Still a high score, but the OT scoring system is dumb.  They should simply change it to 3 points for a TD, 1 point for a PAT, and 2 points for a two-point conversion.

I didn't watch the game. I wasn't interested in watching our "defense" get torched by another middle-of-the-road, Big Ten offense. 65 points, 67 points....whatever...it's still a SHITload of points to have to score. Are you guys not paying attention? Our. Defense. Sucks.

You should have stated that you didn't watch the game in the first place. We would of given you a " I'm a fucking retard " pass, so you're able to talk out your ass at any moment. You could have saved at least 3 points.

I did not set my dvr to record long enough. Dumb me.  Has there been any explanation on what the hell the Illini were doing on the last play? Appears they didn't block anybody.

Well today was emotional.   For all of us.  My kids finally got a bit scared as daddy slowly lost it and seemed to scream a lot especially when Michigan tried a FG (which they missed) instead of going for it on 4th down.

After we stopped the two point conversion, I just soaked in the moment.  My wife, who had hunkered down upstairs, came down with tears in her eyes.    True Story.

It's great to be a Michigan Wolverine!

I though we improved slightly on defense. We still have a ways to go. The offense/special teams didn't do the defense any with 5 turnovers in our own territory. The 5 turnovers had to be demoralizing for our defense.

I haven't been this pleased with the Defense since the Uconn game.

As for offense, it's nice to know we can turn it over so many times and still win.

The team fought hard!
