From the spring game i noticed that none of the quarterbacks had their name on the back of their jerseys, just curious why? I don't have a problem with it just curious.

Quarterbacks name on jerseys?
It's practice so their can be multiple people running around with the same number.
The red-numbered jerseys aren't used on regular gamedays (obviously), so they probably didn't bother to add nameplates to them.
Maybe we should try using them in a game and see if the other team would respect them and not tackle the QB. It wouldn't work on a smart team but maybe we could try it on Oct. 9th.
No idea, but I guess with the crazy red numbers they didn't bother wasting the effort to put their names on jerseys that wouldn't be worn much. Just a hunch if the other jerseys had their names on it.
I turned to a friend and said "Why is Michael Shaw at..."
Then I trailed off and was like "holy shit that's Jack Kennedy, hell yes"
1 minute.....Newman!!!!
Denard has dreads, the others do not. If I was Tate and played so miserably, I wouldn't want my name on that shirt either.
^^^^ dickweed
what I meant to imply was that Denard was the one who showed an element of the "it" factor. I thought Tate was really, well, exactly was he was vs. OSU-a gunslinger who takes a lot of chances. Not exactly sure why I'm getting negged?
Let me turn this around on you.
If I was Tate and played so miserably, I wouldn't want my name on that shirt either.
How is this quote not being a dickweed? Tate is a true sophomore, playing hurt, in a practice scrimmage. Give the guy just a little bit of slack. You are implying that he should be embarrassed by his level of play as a hurt true freshman playing OSU last year, with a horrid o-line blocking for him? Really?
Probably because Tate was one of the only reasons we even won 5 games last season, so maybe you should cut him a little slack. Second, if you had said that in the first place you wouldn't have to clarify.
You can't back pedal better then that?
He must not play corner then
Just looked like a blur to the untrained eye.
I thought the odds were stacked against the Blue Team for the Spring Game. For the life of me I can't remember who their quarterback was and the number he wore?
You would have needed a PhD in Mathematics to figure out how they scored that game. I know of at least one defensive player that had no idea if he was on the winning or losing team.
Jack Kennedy getting more snaps then Devin Gardner this year!
(think about it)
somewhat concealed "I hope we're good and DG can redshirt and Kennedy gets some garbage time 'cause we're up by some much" reference?
Was Tate wearing the non-red jersey at any point on Saturday? I'm just curious if he'll still be wearing "T. Forcier" like last year. Or now that his brother is definitely not on the team (as compared to the uncertainty at the beginning of last season) he'll wear just "Forcier."
