It all depends on what kind of value you put on that. I'd happily pay that much for my kids to have the experience I had in college, I'd probably pay double. What something is worth also has a lot to do with how much money you have, and we have no idea how much money this family has.

He appears to be a PWO there also because 247 lists him as a PSU commit but does not list him as having an offer there. I assume that it is in some way related to the quasi-hello post about Peter Bush a couple of days ago (http://mgoblog.com/mgoboard/pwo-athqb-peter-bush-newport-beach-ca), but I didn't include it in the post because 1) that's just my speculation rather than based off of any information, and 2) I didn't want to generate more freak-out about recruiting tactics when there's no reason to believe anything bad happened.

Remember, Shuster is from Pennsylvania.  He will be paying in-state tuition at Penn State vs out-of-state at Michigan.  Residency is not an issue for scholarship athletes becuse they don't pay tuition.  But for a walk-on, we're talking about tens of thousands of dollars here.

1) definitely cheaper for him

2) given their tire fire of an OL, he'll eventually see the field at PSU.  Hope he enjoys 1.23 seconds to get off a pass

I know, Don. I just enjoy the silly shenanigans that those threads inevitably produce. Gary is coming to Michigan. This is obviously feaux drama to drive anticipation for tomorrow's "decision." Plus, the clicks are generating some good money for all the recruiting analyst types. Win-Win all around, except for the gullible fans that is.
