It's so hard to watch this game and think about what could have been had Denard stayed healthy.  We were playing really great defense that game.

Nebraska fans around me were like, "how can a team like Michigan not have a decent backup"?

And I mean, they were right. Just look at Northwestern today. And look at Michigan the last two weeks.  This was a significant error in judgement in my opinion by Hoke and Borges. All the more surprising too, given their combined years of experience coaching.

Nebraska is a very, very beatable team, as MSU, Northwestern have shown (PSU is showing).

So is it mandatory that whenever a team has an opportunity to help Michigan (NW, MSU, PSU) they must do whatever they can to crap the bed?  I hope that PSU can get something going here.

If Nebraska makes the Rose Bowl, I really, really hope they get stuck with playing Oregon. That would be the perfect remedy to quell the idea anyone has that Nebraska is any good.
