Personally, I think The Blockhams...WITH DICKS! better parodies the extreme nonexcitingness* of the original blockham strip.
The Cockhams would be giving too much credit to the original.

I looked at them, and my legal analysis would be that they would not qualify as "fair use" in the slightest. The title of the strip tells you the extent of the changes to 90% of them. Occasionally a word in a speech bubble has also been changed to dick or cock, but that's about it.
However, I have to admit that I have not laughed so hard in a long time. I mean, it is funny for no good reason whatsoever.

Blockhams with Dicks is brillant! It takes an uncomfortable truth (the suppressed homosexuality of football) and sheds a light on it in a comical way.
Having said that, I can understand why people here are a little annoyed with it because it does poke fun at us, Michigan fans in particular. If it poked fun at a generic team or perhaps a more universally despised team (I don't know who that would be...maybe Dallas Cowboys?) then I doubt anybody here would be objecting to it (except maybe the legit closet cases).
