Pryor possibly driving on a suspended license
According to the NBC affiliate in Columbus, Pryor has been driving on a suspended license for two weeks and it isn't eligible to be reinstated until August.

You've got to understand though, at TSIO, he's been told all this time that rules don't mean a thing and it is completely acceptable to break them. I'm sure he knew he was being filmed too, and still blew through the light because he saw no wrongdoing by it. Maybe he just figured if he gets pulled over he can just hand over some autographs and/or memorbilia and everything will be just fine.
