Pro-Michigan bar Chicago western burbs

Submitted by iawolve on

I went to the link and map under MGoBoard, but all the locations in Chicago were clustered closer to downtown. Anything in a reasonable circle around the Oakbrook area would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.

I can't really think of anything "Pro-Michigan" in the area, but there are a ton of great restaurants/bars right there. You'd probably just be better off getting recommendations on that type of thing.

In Naperville, but a little blue collar kind of place. Nothing special and haven't been there in years. But, you could go to The World of Beer just off of 88 in Naperville and pick from a very, very long list of beers while viewing the game.

Not much "pro-Michigan" in that area. But Palmers in LaGrange will have plenty of tvs and will play the sound for the game if you get there early enough and request it. I have done that a few times. They have even done this when Illinois is playing.

I'll be at Tommy Nevin's in Naperville for the basketball game on Tuesday. It's not a Michigan bar but owned and managed by a Rivals/Fort regular. I'll have a group there Tuesday if you want to join us.

Also, I work in Oak Brook so would join any Michigan fans in that area for weekday games too.
