I have yet to see Michigan win a boring game.  Defense and Offense on the same team, I didn't think that was legal any more.  My view is a 6 yard fb dive that leads to a touchdown is way more exciting than than 600 yard between the 20s with a tired Defense and a horrible propensity for turnovers.

Considering that UNLV lost their already not very good starting QB, I don't think that offense is moving the ball too much against our defense. The score won't be a total massacre because the second half is going to be a lot of power running and clock chewing, but it'll be something on the order of 45-3 I'd guess.

MICH 487

UNLV -45

Wilton Speight comes in after MICH goes up 72-0 and has 999 yards passing and 10 touchdows. There is much rejoicing.

Jabril Peppers plays all 3 phases of the game. Has 4 fumble recoveries for TD, and 17 interceptions. He also eats a Rueben at half time.

Chris "BIG WORM" Wormley dances on the corpses of UNLV's running backs and Quarterbacks. There will be an ESPN investigation into this.

Finally Drake Johnson and Dereck Green combine for 1756 yards on the ground.

And also Jim Harbaugh will not kill anybody today.

In 2013, I was on the way to Michigan Stadium to take in Akron v. Michigan. I gloated on social networks that Michigan would win 66-6 and that Shane Morris would have several TD passes in mop up action. I feel like that again (except it will be Speight throwing TD's).

BUT, I was completely wrong then. I am not letting it happen again. For that reason only, I will say Michigan only wins by a score of 38-10.

Michigan 65, UNLV 0

Th offense should finally start hitting some big plays, and I just don't see them putting up much of a fight with their QB out.

Man, I loved those late 80s/early 90s UNLV basketball teams. Their football team is decidedly not that. I think we have a lot to work on still, offensively, and this doesn't bode well for a moribund program like UNLV. In the glorified scrimmage that this is, the Maize 'n Blue beats the red and gray, 47-3.

Well ill be there Saturday and my first game ever was Akron '13 and my second game was Penn St '14 so I'm going to go with 30-24 UM lol but really I'm gonna say 48-3 and we will have two 100 yard rushers. Go Blue!

I'm wary of making predictions against seemingly inferior opponents because, well, Akron.

But that was when Brady Hoke was head coach. Harbaugh won't allow this team to take anyone lightly. I think this week the offense loosens up considerably more, and even though we have to keep the quality of opponent in mind, Rudock finally starts connecting with his receivers on big plays.

Smith has another 100 yard day, the combo of Butt/Bunting is nigh unstoppable, and the defense pitches a near shutout save for either a garbage time FG or TD from UNLV as we give our backups some playing time.

My guess: 49-7.
