Waits a moment.

You need some basic reading comprehension classes. Hoke met individually with members of staffs: so, thus far we know that he had several meeting and at each meeting only one member of the staff was present. Next we hear that Hoke fired Borges at the meeting: so now we know that Hoke fired Borges at the meeting that he had with Borges. Or did you think that that he fired Borges at the meeting he had with another member of his staff?
