Just sipping rye, listening to assorted tunes on low volume while the gal snores, waiting until I pass out or the grin wipes off my face.
In more exciting story news, the last time I was in NOLA we did have to check out of our hotel room and check back into the same hotel to avoid our room, which after two people threw up their Hurricanes all night looked like a brutal murder scene from Dexter. So you crazy kids can put that in your pipe and smoke it right there.

Looking for somewhere to post this but the Superdome's announcer (also Saints announcer) was absolutely horrible. Like how he has a job is beyond me horrible. For people not there, you know when Carl Grapentine (our announcer) accidentally doesn't turn his microphone offf, or makes a mistake, the announcer did that every play and said, "Uh, umm Bellomy on the run, wait, uh no, Smith! Smith on the run. Vincent Smith!"

Apparently. I've seen plenty of players with cups of questionable contents. RVB just tweeted for everyone to joing the team partying at one specific club.
The highlight of Bourbon Street tonight was watching Ricky Barnum lead blocking for Denard as he was swarmed by fans.

That club was rocking that night. When Junior walked in, they pulled him up on stage and the guy with the mic yelled "MVP IN THE HOUSE". Everyone cheered and started chanting "MVP! MVP! MVP!"
RVB was in a boot at the club. They had a small area roped off for the players, although most of them were on stage dancing with the Block M flag until fans started filling up the stage.
I've told a lot of people this, but the players are celebrities in Ann Arbor, but they were rock stars after the game in the hotel lobby and on Bourbon Street.

Van Bergen smoking a well deserved victory cigar. Also Mike Martin and Junior. One of the players sisters said they have an early plane tomorrow am, so their curfew is 8 a.m.

I saw Mike Martin outside their hotel taking a picture with someone, so I asked if he would mind taking one with me. He pulled his phone up to his ear and said "yea...mom...mom...mom...hold on... hold...hold on" and he took the picture with me. I felt bad taking him away from a phone call with his mom and I wouldn't have asked if I knew he was on the phone, but from the sounds of it, I think she might have been more excited than he was.
