this week in unintentionally grim-sounding recruiting headlines
She makes life so much better.
Que "Hail to the Victors" if they commit to Michigan. That's almost like a touchdown in my book.
You mean "The Victors"
If Jim Tressel couldn't stop lying, why should Hoke stop telling the truth?
Comment of the week, right there.
According to Tom VH's most recent tweets he hasnt decommitted FWIW.
"Bri'onte Dunn's father told me that Bri'onte is still committed to Ohio State for now, and should be in Columbus Thursday or Friday"
Dunn likes to keep everything close, so who knows what could happen in the near future.
With the potential for Kalis and Wormley commits this weekend, it could be our best weekend for recruiting in history
Wait, which parts of your post were Tom's words and which parts were yours. Namely, who said "with the potential for Kalis and Wormley to commit this weekend?"
Better speculation comes from Sam Webb, who said this morning he doesn't believe either Kalis or Wormley will commit this weekend. Though we are in good position with Kalis and remain in good position with Wormley.
blog to say their awesome recruit is leaving and for a Michigan blog to say he's not leaving.
stealing our shit!
"Those that stay, will become champions."
1st page. Bastards!
The incorrectly-used comma in the middle of the sentence gives away the fact that it's a Bucknuts copy of a Michigan saying.
couldn't have made it up! Maybe, I should have written, "I couldn't, have made it up". LOL.
Stealing our shit and adding unnecessary commas.
Not only did they add unnecessary commas, they used the word "that" to refer to people instead of the word "who." Those WHO Stay Will Be Champions.
Not surprising from the University of the Unnecessary Article.
It was either a typo, or you misread it. What they meant to say is, "Those who stay will be on probation." Easy mistake to make . . .
Does not bode well for my Bar studying the rest of the day.... or week for that matter.
I seen this coming a week ago with the first decommit from OSU Ejuan Price. All I can say fans is Michigan may end up with the most Ohio prospects in the nation when its all said and done !!!!!!! LOL :) And I was thinking if they car pool they can make a pit stop here in my home town and grab Wormley!! GO BLUE!!
If Dunn does decommit, he can look forward to gems like these directed towards Kalis from OSU posters:
"If he commits to SCUM before the season, I would hope he blows out both of his knees."
"Since he is obviously being persuaded by Strobel (he is very annoying to me and he looks like a sissy) and Wormley, I believe he goes to Michigan."
That's a pretty rational and level-headed crew over there.
I am having to toss perfectly good food so I can make room in the pantry for all the Jiffy Pop, damnit....
Is negative recruiting telling a kid the truth? Or is negative recruiting telling a kid a lie and have him not be able to go to a bowl until year 3 or 4?
These buckeye slappies are hilarious. We don't need to use negative recruiting every media outlet is doing it for us, except it's all the truth and they brought all this on themselves and now they want people to feel sorry for them. I think it's pathetic.
I'm starting to consider buying stock in popcorn, any suggestions on which company to go with?
Per TomVH, Dunn will be in Columbus Thursday or Friday and his Dad clarified he has not decommitted.
Everyone chill, I'm not shocked by these recruits decommiting, listen, I live in columbus and deal with these pompous, unrealistic, big headed O lie O State fans, they are killin these two kids here, but what's even more typical is that they actually think the NCAA will not be hard on them, they think they'll still have a ten win season and actually servive this GOD sent ordeal, me I'm just walkin round Columbus with my block M shirt and loving every second of this magnificent ordeal...GBOD!!!!!! Gotta be careful though cause these bumbling buckeyes are on a witch hunt for anyone or anything Maize & Blue.
I went to high school with him and we are in a fantasy football league together. He is a writer for Bucknuts.com and is on some local AM sports radio shows in Dayton and Columbus
