Posbang Off: Two Free Tix to the Victor

Submitted by Seth on

The question: Who would you take if you could bring any living human to Saturday's football game with you?

The contest: Answer and whoever's got the most upvotes by 2:30 pm EDT tomorrow wins…

The spoils: …a pair of tickets to this Saturday's football game. Printable ones. Don't know where in the stadium but from the guy who donated them guessing pretty decent.

The fine print: No I'm not chasing you down. I move on to the next guy if you don't respond to email within an hour, or maybe a little longer if I haven't bothered to move onto the next guy yet.

Explanation: One of our readers this week offered to donate the remainder of his season tickets to MGoBlog, and charged us to find creative ways to make sure they find good homes. Yes, I have better ideas than this, but this is Miami, and not even That Miami, and this was pretty last minute.

Yes you can post and not enter. Just say NO ENTRY or something right at the start.

My Dad, no question about it. Some of the best times in my life have come with the old man at The Big House. It would be a really great thing to be able to go with him again.

The chief of some lost tribe of the Amazon, just to see the reaction on his face when he steps into the stadium. If he didn't just run away screaming. He would go back home and tell his people of this place that nobody would ever believe.

My step dad who took me to my first game. This year is the 10th anniversary of that game (2004 vs SDSU).

That's us on the right side with my friend and his dad on the left.

He created the monster. I was a fan as young kid but once I walked through that entrance for the very first time.......forget about it.

No. The next time I'll be at a game will be with my lady friend in November, for her first game and maybe the homecoming game vs indiana.

The only thing stopping me from having season tickets is my car. It's not exactly the greatest after all these trips to A2 and back which is about 62.1 miles.

I have two times the amount of miles on my car than the amount of people that were in attendance at Michigan's record setting game at UTL II. (115,109)

It's just getting broken in.

But seriously, you're taking a girl to a November game for her first experience at the Big House? That could turn out really well, or really, really bad for her. The weather can be brutal, as I'm sure you're aware...

I was at that game too, I was 11 years old at the time.  My third game at the Big House.  I still have the program.

I remember being anxious about who was gonna replace John Navarre and Chris Perry and as I recall, that game was Mike Hart's coming out party.  I still remember the woman behind me reminiscing about Jaimie Morris and saying excitedly that we'd "found a new running back."

That would have been the cosmic waste of all time.

Like renting a Ferrari for a day from one of those exotic car rental places, and then being stuck in traffic the whole day.
