Poggi to decide Monday at 10AM EST

I thought I would post it here since all the other threads are extremely cluttered.

Is this a coincidence?  I think not.

My statement on Poggi last night was what was being said on campus. If people recall, I said he was a Michigan lean on several occasions. Anybody who reads what I write will tell you that.

RDT, although you may have some naysayers, I've gotta say I think you are by far the most belov-id contributor here. The way your posts soften the hearts and minds of the most frequent wisecrackers on here (including myself, with my experience in reading my comments), can be most eloquently be described as---disarming and edge-of-the-seat interesting as when grandpa told stories about way back when. From Tallahassee, keep the updates comin Haus!!

lol yea if you share your opinion with enough people, there are bound to be a few who think it's wrong. Don't take it personally tho and keep posting. Personally I think it's only a matter of time before you Go Blue yourself ;D

Your opinions and insight is appreciated by myself and many others. Don't worry about haters. If we are getting Poggi....it will be a wonderful Monday. Alabama won't have to fret for too long I'm sure.

ugh all this positive talk on the boards always jinxes us! This would be one of the bigger head to head battles we could win from this class, would love for it to happen. This one will hurt if it doesnt tho cause of all the positive signs. Probably somewhere in between the EJ Levenberry  - Garnett spectrum

Hardreck is due to visit some time this month and he is a solid DT prospect.  About the same size as Hurst and with a good name for someone who can wreak havoc on the inside.  No highlights yet but his recruitment seems to be blowing up.

Poggi is perfect for the 3/5Tech type that Mattison likes to rotate within the line.

If he is serious at all about the education side of things, he'd call Saban right now and tell him thanks but no thanks. Granted, I have no doubt Saban can coach this kid up to NFL status, but so can Greg Mattison. All he has to say to the kid is I coached Ray Lewis.

Poggi can be so good. Hes not just a guy that Alabama wants, but a guy that Alabama wants at TE, meaning he's got some mean athleticism to go with his size.

The funny thing, he reminds me a lot of Shallman as a prospect. They're very similar in size and build, and they're both being recruited on offense or the DL by different schools.

I would love for it to be Treadwell, Green, or Poggi...  But I think it would be especially sweet if it was Anzalone.  I don't even know if he even has a commitable offer....  But I would sure love another Kalis moment and a slap in the face for osu

Poggi's film is really good, but it is surprising that it resulted in his ranking. Did he dominate at some camps to earn the rankings?

More importantly for our needs, we need early contributors on the DL. Looks to fit that bill. Would love to have another RVB!!!

greatest 2 day D- Line ( 3 and 5 techs not ends)haul that I have ever witnessed if we land Hurst Jr. and Poggi back to back. Man in 2 to 3 years this defense under Mattison is gonna be scary good. I can't wait to see all these guys when the defense is all 4 stars or higher.

Sam Webb s show should be quite interesting on Monday.  Here's hoping he spends a great deal of time talking about a positive "gut feeling."  I haven't listened in forever, but I might have to tune in.

You know you can just hit the podcast and selectively listen to whatever you want; and without having to listen to that awful and annoying Lloyd Ganton Retirement Center commercials. I only podcast now thanks to that commercial.

Yes, that drives me nuts. The podcasts use to only last about 2 min, now it's about 6-8 min. So, getting better, but still sucks. I've posted comments on their Facebook page and gave the app a bad review. I wouldn't think it would be too hard to fix it
