Chris went to my high school before he moved (howell). I saw facebook status's about it and was wondering what happened. Even though I don't know him personally I roamed the same hallways, and he was a classmate of mine. It is great to read that he is still alive. My thoughts and prayers are with you chris! Go Howell!

I am thankful for the quick actions of his coaches. In high school, not too many coaches across the nation are that quick with their actions. I salute them for saving this young man's life. As someone who had to give up football for medical reasons, it will be tough to sope with at first, but through the most high he will be able to find his niche.

On it. Father I pray that you take care of Chris, and that you heal him according to your will. Encourage his family and friends and give them all the strenghth to get through this time. We ask this in Jesus Name Amen. John 16:24 Philippians 4:6-7

and can watch Bedford's team have a great season from the sidelines. If his brain function was preserved, there really should be no lasting effects for a kid his age. My prayers are with him, and if I see in the local paper that he will be at a game, I'll definitely go out for that. I haven't been to a Bedford HS game in a couple of years anyhow.

I'm praying for you, Chris!
