Playing hard

So I don't wanna bash the team and make an overarching generalization thats probably not true, but when I watch this team it looks like nobody plays with any intensity. The only guys that I see playing with any fire week after week are barndon graham and brandon minor and minor doesnt get nearly the number of carries that he should. I dont know if its really that nobody plays with any intensity or that we are just horrible and everything we do looks bad, but i feel bad for the guys, especially the seniors, who go out onto that field every saturday and give everything theyve got and have it make no difference. Sorry if this is extreme but im just really upset, cold, wet, frustrated, etc...feel free to neg me i really dont care.

I was watching the game saying the same shit. IS GRAHAM THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES????? I don't totally think that but other than moments here and there it surely seems that way. All the dropped passes and fumbles are what killed me in this game. They weren't like the guys were asked to make amazing catches and didn't come up with them, they just dropped the damn ball. And the fumbles from some guy merely laying his hand on the ball, WTF is that?

they seem to be playing hard in the wrong direction or just getting flat out beat. You have players that are just getting sucked in or faked out every week and that is the frustrating part. Not the lack of effort or hussle.

i just wanna qualify this by saying that its how it looks while watching the game...i realize a lot of this comes from lack of talent, but its really easy to see some players giving more effort than others and just not giving up on a play.

The biggest problem is that they will play hard and try hard but then someone makes a stupid mistake....dropped wide open pass...fumble...bad INT...breakdown in coverage leading to huge TD...missed easy tackle on third and long etc...which then leads to a loss of momentum and emotion. Thats natural. They need to start worrying about Executing first...and emotion will come out of that. In other words...I believe that they ARE playing hard...but mistakes are killing this effort!

i really didnt mean to come off as saying theyre not playing hard. i'm sure everyone on the field is doing their best and maybe thats just not enough at this point. The thing is our guys need to realize that they cant get down on themselves after making a mistake. I feel like Brandon Graham is one of the only players that I see at the end of the game who is still playing like the game is on the line, even if it isnt. If the whole team played with that kind of attitude im sure it would make a huge difference.
