Id say its going to be over, I bet 500 MGoPoints.
December 1st, 2009 at 10:46 PM ^
Over, way fucking over. I have to believe there is more than 74 retards with greater than 20 points on mgoblog.

Over. 102
December 1st, 2009 at 10:51 PM ^
"How many beers it takes to get Charlie Weis drunk"=The over.
Honestly my guess is that you are going to get so sick of counting how many of these dumbass posts (on both side of the fence) that there are over the next year that you will stop counting it.
So the real question to me is will you stop counting before you reach the O/U?
December 1st, 2009 at 11:01 PM ^
haha you're probably right. you can count that. Now the real question is when will you stop counting when I'm going to stop counting before I reach the O/U.
December 1st, 2009 at 10:51 PM ^
By promoting a count of it, you are either promoting it so some will want to see how many they can create, or by emphasizing it, (hopefully) killing the "wonder" of it and in effect throwing water on the fire.
I want to say under, but human nature and the "thrill" of coaching "what-ifs" are too much for most to ignore.
This will become the blog effect of gawker traffic slow downs.-Some will take a different road for a while.
December 1st, 2009 at 10:57 PM ^
It's going to happen whether we count them or not. This is one thing that won't go away if you ignore it sorry to say.
December 1st, 2009 at 11:01 PM ^
and hence, why i keep refreshing the page.
December 1st, 2009 at 11:03 PM ^
I'll put an over/under at 23874616.5. I guess I'll bet on the over.
December 1st, 2009 at 11:04 PM ^
Can we set an O/U on how many I delete? One of these days, the repetitive threads will lead to an explosion where I start going grammar nazi on everyone to the point it drives some of the less intelligent posting away until football season comes back.
December 2nd, 2009 at 12:21 AM ^
I'm ready for MGoNazis: please delete or relegate many of the dumb OT posts. Delete the "Will RR succeed" posts. If you don't take control, it will become so painful to come to this site that my readership will wane. I waste enough time here as it is: I don't want to waste it wading through garbage.
December 1st, 2009 at 11:51 PM ^
k06em01 will destroy both of these numbers in a matter of days. He is the one we should really be tracking.
EDIT: I think he's already put up two new threads since I posted this. The guy is a fucking machine!
December 1st, 2009 at 11:05 PM ^
Over 340...the number of points we gave up this season. I think there are a lot more stupid people than you think. Plus, there will be tons of them every time a story trickles out about the NCAA investigation. And then if any sanctions come down, there will be a million.
December 1st, 2009 at 11:16 PM ^
Over... but I'm taking into account that only n00bs would still post a "will RR succeed" thread after this post, so I'll go with 86.
December 1st, 2009 at 11:34 PM ^
I'll raise 55, but I'm still all in for Michigan.
December 2nd, 2009 at 12:25 AM ^
If Brian and his posse don't rein things I'm, I'll predict at least 200 "will RR succeed" posts in the next year. There will be a bunch over the next two months (at least one a day,)it will slow down in Feb. & March (one every other day,) ramp up during Spring practice (one a day,) slow down in May/June (one every other day,) then one a day in July, and two a day in August. That's 240, and we haven't even gotten to September!
December 2nd, 2009 at 12:35 AM ^
Or is it how many this is our schedule and how many wins/losses will we have?
Same old same old.
Over. Way way over.
December 2nd, 2009 at 2:31 AM ^
When this team is a machine in a couple of year, all the RR haters will be so shamelessly riding on the bandwagon. Now I would never want to discourage anyone who wants to support our team, but nothing is worse than the fair weather fans so in need of instant gratification that when it is not met they lash out against the current coach/program without any examination of the circumstance....These are often the same irrational folk who become the blind "we are going to the national title game" after the 4-0 start. Seriously, they need to chill and learn to enjoy the process, not just the end result.

the number of posts saying that Bob Stoops is coming to Michigan
