Not sure what bar you'll want to watch the game at... but you better get yourself some Primanti Bros. while you're there!

It isn't quite downtown, but looks like there's a M bar in metro Pitt. Also, here's the list.

Sadly there really aren't any. Some people might say Fox & Hound in Ross Township (about 15 minutes north of downtown, so feasability depends on where in Pittsburgh you're staying), but in my experience, it's more of a generic "there are a lot of TVs so you'll be able to watch the game" sort of place rather than a true Michigan-friendly establishment. I believe it's where the Pittsburgh alumni group tends to meet at.
If it's too far out of the way for you, any sports bar (and there are many) should be okay with the OSU and PSU games being at noon and Pitt at 7, as only WVU will have any measurable demand for viewers at the same time slot.

I live in Pittsburgh and I have to say there really aren't any Michigan bars. Your best bet is to find a place with a bunch of TVs. Check out the Southside or Shadyside areas depending on your whereabouts. Both are good bar scenes.

If you are going to be a little north of Pittsburgh go to Wexford Ale House. www.wexfordalehouseonline.com This bar is owned by David Smith a UofM grad.

There is in fact an un-official Michigan bar in Pittsburgh. Check out Buffalo Blues in Shadyside, on Highland Ave. There are usually 15-20 Michigan grads there on Gameday; for the bball national championship last year there were ~50 together.
The Alumni Spirit group is in flux right now, though. There's talk of a new bar opening downtown called the Blue Line or something; the owner is a Michigan grad that previously owned a bar that was the main UM hangout in Shadyside. I've heard it's opening soon, and he wants it to be the main spot for us, but we'll see.
