Pics of Glenn Robinson III and Mitch McGary in their Michigan uniforms

As slow as things are, I thought I'd post these.  You can read a bit more about the freshman class, as well as a few others topics that Coach Beilein recently discussed, over at UMHoops.  http://www.umhoops.com/2012/07/18/notebook-beilein-talks-recruiting-incoming-freshmen-and-more-in-radio-interview/#more-32423

GRIII looks like a beast! Impressive build for a Freshman.  The future of the program is looking pretty bright with the young men Belein is bringing in.

Shorts are cool, but I love this PICTURE.

I hope we get over ourselves so stuff like this can be hung in the Crisler Center.

I'd like to see Burke and Hardaway or Burke and J-Mo go at the game in a Webber/Rose fashion.

Flat out, we don't care who you are...anytime, anywhere, we will beat you. We're hungry, we're on a mission. Stop us.

I love our style now, don't get me wrong. But we do need a little edge at spots. Someone who's not going to be afraid of be big stage...someone who's going to set the tone.

I've loved what I've heard about the talent these freshman are coming in with, and the fact that they're getting along with the upperclassmen and becoming a team. This could be a scary blend for any team we face --- all we need is someone who is going to be absolutely fearless. For those who watch the Heat play this year, especially late...you can't deny what Haslem does for that team. What Perkins did for the Celtics. It doesn't have to be a superstar...just someone who's going to step up when everyone else is trying to keep composure.

I love that they're consitent....unlike football. Maize, blue or white, they follow the same design. I wish football would do the same thing with it's white/away uniforms.

Hell I'd prefer a maize football uniform that was consistent with the other two over changing the away's every other year.

I can't believe people are complaining about the color of those uniforms when, in fact, you have no idea what the actual color is.  Just look at the two pictures!!!

The camera's settings, photoshop (in the first, if not both) and the lighting all distort what the actual, in-person color is.  You legitimately cannot go all "OMG HILIGHTER! I H8 ADIDAS"

Surprised GRIII is rockin the #1... not usually the number you think of for a big man.  But loving Mitch wearin the #4!!! I think we're about to relive some CWeb style dominance!!! HA!L

The Fab Five would not approve of GRIII's shorts.  They don't even graze knee cap!

Also, I hope the '12/'13 unis are more like GRIII's than McGary's.  It doesn't look like GRIII's has the white outline around the letters.  Plus, it looks more maize (all photography caveats noted).
